Fe/TiO2金属半导体复合物的多重微波共振
研究了Fe/TiO2金属半导体复合物的介电共振和多次磁性共振,对应于在2–18 GHz频率范围的多重微波共振。发现铁的晶粒尺寸对这个金属半导体复合物的介电共振有很大的影响。极化机制为界面极化。多重磁性共振归结为自然共振和交换共振,可以用Aharoni交换共振理论解释。
