Dr. Q. Li of UIUC visits DMIM (2008-12-15): Dr.Qi Li of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign visited the Division from Dece. 15, 2008 to Jan. 15, 2009 to conduct collaborative research on oxide semiconductors. During his visit, he will work the students and staff on nitrogen-doped titanium oxides.

　Manuscript entitled "Directional growth of Cu3Sn at the reactive interface between eutectic SnBi solder and (100) single crystal Cu," by P. J. Shang, Z. Q. Liu, D. X. Li, and J. K. Shang, was recently published in Scripta Mater.(v 59, n 3, Aug. 2008, p 317-20).
